Making A Purchase
Security is paramount therefore we use SSL encryption for your total security on web transactions. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout', where you will be asked for the details necessary to complete the order. We accept payment via all major Debit and Credit cards processed by RBS Worldpay, PayPal (including debit and credit card payments) and card payments payments via phone. When entering your payment name and address details please make sure that they are exactly the same as on your card statement. The fraud protection on our payment providers systems requires this to be exact. If your payment is rejected please check the details are correct and try again and if you continue to have problems you may be able to place an order by selecting an alternative payment method or provider. We may request proof of identification for orders greater than £100.00 in value or you require goods shipping to an alternative address to that of the registered card holder. If we are unable to obtain suitable proof of identity we reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund payments made.
When confirmation of an order is received, this only indicates that we have received your order and it does not serve as a contract between the two parties. A contract is formed when we send an invoice to confirm acceptance of your order and total price. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made; eg we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price difference, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable, or to give you the opportunity to cancel the order. In the case of goods no longer being available we will contact you either via email or phone to inform you and refund any payments made.

Shipping And Handling
We will only ship goods ordered online to addresses in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The store will calculate the shipping options available to you according to your location and total weight of the goods and offer the best option by default. You may select an alternative shipping option, if available, prior to making payment.
Delivery rates are summarised below to give you an idea of the cost prior to placing an order. Please note that our AAA re-chargeable batteries have free postage and packing within the UK.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment unless we have stated a different shedule on the website.
The following delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Please note we are not responsible for delivery times which are provided by the carrier. These delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Next working day courier (Mainland UK only) - Next working day. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next working day to most areas of the UK. Royal Mail First Class Post (including Recorded Signed For) - 1 - 5 working days. Royal Mail Standard Post (Tracked) 2-3 working days. International Air Mail - 3-5 working days. International Surface Mail - up to 14 days. Courier delivery to non UK mainland - 2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods, delivery can take upto 14 days for standard UK post (excluding Special Delivery) and upto 28 days for International Signed For. Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your standard delivery within 14 days of dispatch then please contact us to report it.

Back Orders
Our stock levels are updated regularly and generally, all products that are available to purchase from the store are in stock, however if an item is not in stock, or the quantity you ordered was greater than the stock available outstanding items will be placed on back order for you if possible. You will be contacted with an estimated despatch date and will be given the option to cancel your order if preferable. We may also part ship your order with the view to complete it when the stock is available. If we are unable to supply any item we will refund payment and inform you via email or phone.

Tax Charges
We do not charge VAT.

Credit Card Security
When an order is placed through our website, all your details are sent using secure 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our system. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We only only accept online credit and debit card payments through RBS Worldpay and Paypal, both of which also use the same level of encryption on their payment pages. Your card details are not transferred from either of these companies to us or our systems in any form. Please note that additional security information may be requested by ourselves or our payment providers in order for them to process your payment. Telephone payments are processed via RBS Worldpay and we do not store customers card details in any form.

Guarantee
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. All spare parts come with 90 days return to base warranty unless specified otherwise in the items description. All refurbished and graded goods come with a minimum of 6 months return to base (RTB) warranty unless specified in the items description. New and certain surplus products carry a 12 month warranty which is either return to base or provided by the manufacturer. Batteries are classed as a consumable items and therefore have 6 months warranty.
Warranty Procedure:
In the event of a fault developing with your purchase within its warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. In the event of an identical item not being available, we will offer a equal or better replacement, or a refund.
To request support or a warranty return please email support@connected-4-less.co.uk with your order number, or contact customer services providing your invoice and contact details and a detailed description of the problem. Returns are only accepted by prior agreement against a valid RMA number or email authorisation issued by ourselves.
The responsibility of returning goods to us is with the customer. Goods must be returned to us using a tracked shipping method where appropriate with enough insurance to cover loss or damage. If goods are returned within 30 days from invoice date and are eligible for warranty, we will refund return carriage costs. If goods are returned after 30 days from invoice date, the cost of return carriage to us is to be bourne by the customer. Items covered under warranty will be returned to the customer at our cost. The warranty details for a specific product can be found in its description within the store and on your invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate or accidental damage and such items will not be repaired or replaced under our warranty and will be returned to the customer at their cost if requested.

Privacy Policy
Commutech do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy
Your right to cancel. We offer a full 14 day money back policy on all our products (double that required in the EU Distance Selling Directive). If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase and wish to cancel please contact us within 14 days of placing your order stating that you wish to cancel your order. If the goods have already been despatched you will need to make arrangements to return them to us. Goods must be returned in a reasonable condition, with all their original packaging where applicable. Please note that unwanted goods outside of the 14 day returns policy may be subject to a 15% restocking fee where applicable.
