The BT Call Reminder unit will let you see who is calling before you pick up the phone. It also visually lets you know if theres any messages waiting on the FREE BT Answer 1571 service with a message on the display and a flashing red LED.
It plugs into your telephone socket and acts as a socket doubler to give you a further 2 sockets to insall phones.
The display shows you the number of the person calling, so you can decide whether to pick up the phone or leave it to your answering service.

**Numbers will not be registered if the call is from a payphone, some switchboards, non BT networks or where the callers number is withheld.

Method of operation
This unit is a plug and go device so there are no instructions supplied with it.
It operates by periodically checking the line for the broken dial tone that is set at the exchange when there is a message waiting. After you retreive you message(s) it will reset when it next checks the line which will be after several minutes later. If the line is in use it is unable to check so will wait unit it is free.
